Today, I am getting the opportunity to train with an amazing coach. My mom is back and we are driving back to Coral Springs. I need to be appreciative of how much everyone is doing to try and help me make my goals possible. They deserve that I give my full effort every single time I play.
I have an obligation to my parents, my coaches, and to my future self that I am completely mentally present. I will maintain complete focus on what my coach is telling me and apply it right away. I will also proactively make sure that I am already doing the things they have said before, such as getting extension on my backhand or keeping my head up on my serve.
My coaching voice will remind me that when I enjoy I can perform. This advice that I'm getting is only meant to help me. I should appreciate that it is helping me and do it every time.
