Persevere when it gets harder

“I have an obligation to my parents, my coaches, and my future self to perservere when it gets harder. That is what will make me a good fighter in fitness, tennis, and in general.”

Today, I am getting the opportunity to train with amazing coaches and players. I will be intense and fight harder if I am in pain. I have double fitness today, so it might be tough and I might get sore. I need to give my full effort so I can get everything out of fitness. I am not very fast and that is one of the biggest things I need to work on in my game.

I have an obligation to my parents, my coaches, and my future self to perservere when it gets harder. That is what will make me a good fighter in fitness, tennis, and in general.

My coaching voice will remind me that I can use practice to learn to thrive on tough times. When I play my matches in the afternoon, I will be focused on keeping a good balance between being confident and focused. I don't want to be too arrogant or too nervous.
