Today, I am playing with a coach. I am going to try to deal with the pressure when we do different drills. Even if it is taking me a long time to do something, it is fine. It will only hurt me if I tighten up or get mad at myself. I will play freely. I don't have to prove anything to anyone. While I have an obligation to my parents, coaches, and my future self to work hard, this doesn't always mean I will play well. I will enjoy the game and I will play intense with a positive attitude.
