Today, I am getting the opportunity to train with a very good coach. I will work on my return and my movement, as they were two large issues in my match yesterday. I will not take this session for granted. This is a gift that my parents are giving me, and I will work hard every minute. I will go to my towel and relax on water breaks, but when I am playing, I will be explosive and energetic. If my intensity in my footwork is always high in practices my movement will improve.
