Today, I am training at my old academy again, I am happy with how I played yesterday, and I want to emphasize the things that allowed this to happen today. I will start by doing a very good warmup. While this may seem obvious, it really sets me up right at the start of the day so that I don't feel like I am catching up the whole practice. I will also make sure that I am immediately applying what my coaches are telling me. Once again it seems obvious, but it is very important.
