Today, I am playing with my coach for three hours. I didn't play yesterday, so I will start the practice slow, and just try to regain my rhythm. I will maintain a positive attitude. I will stop feeling sorry for myself and I will actually take control of my game. I am not a victim at all. That was my level those days and the only way I can stop it from happening as much again is pushing myself harder every practice. I say "work hard" in a lot of my screenplays, so I want to be more specific today: I will stay positive and energetic the whole time I am on court. When I take breaks I can rest, but during the drills I won't stop bouncing. I will apply the things my coach tells me right away and mentally work hard in trying to continue doing them the whole practice. I won't get distracted and let my thoughts wander. While we can talk and relax on breaks, I will be completely focused on the practice while I'm on court.
