Today, I am playing a tournament. I am excited for this opportunity to play, but I will remain calm. Sometimes in tournaments in the past, I have fallen into the trap of putting to much importance on a match and then becoming frustrated if I start losing. It is just another match, and I will compete hard and enjoy playing. I will focus on what I can control, like my attitude, my body language, my effort, and my coaching voice. I play my best tennis when I am having fun.
