Today, I will get the opportunity to train with amazing coaches and players. Today, it is windy and the conditions may be frustrating to play in. I want to practice using the correct antidotes for each emotion. For example, I would need to activate calmness for frustration and anger, but enthusiasm for nervousness and anxiety. This helped me a lot yesterday when I did the right actions for the right emotion.

I have an obligation to my parents, my coaches, and my future self to carry myself well. Yesterday, I executed my game plan well and I was able to focus on the process, and when I got focused on results, I was able to talk myself out of it. I want to do the same thing today. I have an opportunity to improve my game today. I am excited to play and I'm grateful for the chance to train to be my best.

My coaching voice will remind me that mistakes are a part of growing, and becoming the best that I can be. Mistakes are completely normal, and they are just opportunities to learn. Today, I will follow my plan, and it will keep me focused and organized. I will be a great problem-solver and I will love the struggle.
