Today, I am hitting with a college player, then hitting in a group. I didn't play yesterday, so my body feels pretty good. In my practice session, I want to work on my serve +1, as that was one of my areas that I struggled with in my tournament. I will start the practice slow to get my rhythm back, although I don't lose my rhythm as much when I don't play for a day anymore. I will stay confident if I am not hitting well, as I know I will get it back. In the group, I am going to see one of my friends I haven't seen in years. I will not think too much about trying to impress him. I will play my game and not get upset if everything is not perfect.
