Today, I am playing a tournament. I expect that I might feel nervous, but I don't need to be. This is my first tournament in a while, so I might not play great. What is important today is that I maintain a good attitude and that I play with confidence. There is no pressure and there is nothing riding on this match. I will play freely and enjoy this opportunity to compete. My body language will reflect this, as my top priority for this first match is just to carry myself well.
