Today, I am getting the opportunity to train with amazing coaches and players. I have a private today and I want to be completely locked in. I will be intense with my footwork and attentive to what he is telling me to do. It rained last night so the courts will be wet. I probably won't start my lesson until later because we will have to squegee the courts. I will be aware of this and make sure to get a good warmup first.
I have an obligation to my parents, my coaches, and my future self to get everything I can from this lesson. I will not distracted. I am completely able to focus for one hour, and I will be intense the whole time.
My coaching voice will remind me that learning to thrive in tough times is what will make me a great fighter. When I enjoy, I can perform.
